Coach Turnock was hired to lead the Men’s Golf program on June 1st, 2025.
Turnock graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors degree in Exercise & Sports Science, 2018-2022 and then received his MBA with a certificate in Data Analytics, 2023-2024.
Turnock was a member of the golf team while attending Central Arkansas, 2018 – 2022. He then became the Graduate Assistant for the Men’s Golf program while working on his Masters from August 2023-December 2024 and then became the Interim Head Coach for the program from January 2025-May 2025. During the 2025 season Coach Turnock lead the Bears to the ASUN Conference Championship, the programs first conference Title in 53 years. The team scored the lowest 18 and 36 hole team score in program history. The ASUN Championship allowed the team to compete in their first NCAA D1 regional event.
