Donnie Pezzetti was hired by the University of Central Arkansas in May 2024. He attended Missouri State University before graduating from Lincoln University.

Pezzetti started as the Defensive Student Assistant at Missouri State from 2021 to 2023. He then went to Lincoln University as the tight ends coach/ student assistant in 2023 before coming to UCA as the defensive GA/LB assistant and now he is the defensive GA/ nickels coach. 

Pezzetti was a part of the 2020 Missouri Valley conference championship team. While he attended Lincoln University he was one of the undergraduate assistants in the country who was coaching a position full time.
