Daniel Beavers was hired in the Summer of 2026 as the Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations.
Beavers returns to Conway after serving in football equipment operations at the University of Arkansas, where he most recently held the position of Assistant Director of Football Equipment Operations. He brings extensive experience in athletic operations, logistics, personnel management and event preparation at the Southeastern Conference level.
In this role, Beavers will oversee the athletic department's internal operations, helping coordinate day-to-day operational functions while supporting athletic events, facilities and departmental logistics.
At Arkansas, Beavers managed daily equipment operations for the Razorbacks football program, including practices, walkthroughs and game-day preparation. He supervised a staff of 18 student managers and a graduate assistant while serving as the advance coordinator for away contests, overseeing hotel operations, transportation logistics and stadium equipment deployment. He also maintained vendor relationships, ensured compliance with NOCSAE safety standards and played an integral role in maintaining operational continuity during a football coaching transition.
Prior to his current position, Beavers spent two years as a graduate assistant in the Razorbacks' football equipment department. During that time, he managed equipment and apparel inventories through the ACS inventory management system, coordinated purchasing through Nike's Gameday platform, operated coach communication systems during practices and games, and helped develop operational policies and procedures while training student managers.
Beavers began his collegiate athletics career at Central Arkansas as a student equipment manager from 2019-22. During his time with the Bears football program, he assisted coaches with daily practice operations, managed equipment inventories and coordinated logistics for team travel.
A native of Arkansas, Beavers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Central Arkansas in 2022 before completing a Master of Science in Operations Management at the University of Arkansas in 2024.
Beavers is married to Candace (Moix) from Conway.
