University of Central Arkansas Athletics

She played two years of softball at Crowder College before continuing her career at the University of Southern Mississippi, where she competed two years for the Golden Eagles.

Durham graduated in 2025 from USM with a bachelor's degree in Sports Coaching. 

Her playing background and passion for athlete development has fueled her desire to pursue a career in strength and conditioning. 

Carlee looks forward to contributing to the Bears’ athletic success while continuing to grow as a coach.

Outside of coaching, Durham enjoys continuing to grow in her relationship with God, spending time with her dog Luna, being outdoors, and finding new restaurants and unique places to eat.
