Prior to UCA: Spent two years, including serving as team captain her sophomore season at Feather River Junior College in Quincy, Calif...Earned First Team All-Conference honors and her beach duo advanced to the California State Finals as the No. 1 pairing...Guided her doubles tandem to a fifth place finish at state outlasting 32 of the best doubles teams in California.

High School: Guided the Ponderosa High School Mustangs to a second place finish in the California State Tournament...played club for Believe Volleyball and Colorado Juniors Beach Volleyball in addition to her indoor career in high school. Earned bids to the USAC Junior Beach Nationals for three consecutive years and took first place in the 2016 U18 Colorado Beach Open.

Personal: Daughter of Jess and Desiree Martinez...has one sibling Aaron...cousin, Mariah Alvidrez played beach volleyball at California State University at Bakersfield...majoring in Nutrtion.
