Coach Moxley’s Coaching Philosophy:
“As a coach, my philosophy is rooted in accountability, discipline, and trust. I believe in
pushing athletes – physically and mentally – to reach levels they didn’t know they were
capable of. I do not believe in shortcuts, excuses or half effort. If you are a part of my
program, it is expected that you put in the same intentional effort that I give to you.
Standards are set high because the goal is greatness – not just as an athlete but as a
leader and human being. I coach hard, because I care enough not to settle for average.
I believe that pressure is a privilege – and how we respond to it defines us. Trust in the
process – and in me as your coach – is essential. Progress takes time, and it requires
honest communication, mutual respect, and complete buy in.”

Coach Moxley about her Family:
“My family is back home in Chicago, and even across state lines, they remain the most
supportive people you could ever meet. Every Moxley you could have the privilege of
meeting will fill you with an endless amount of love and support. They have been a
constant source of strength through every step of my journey. In 2024, after years of
legal processes, I was able to change my last name to Moxley – finally able to claim my
mother’s maiden name as my own – which was the best decision I’ve ever made for
myself.”
