Clinic Forms

Clinics are a mix between what you'd expect at our tryout or an open gym. We will warm up with standing and running tumbling and then transition into pyramids, stunts, and baskets. Athletes will learn the proper technique while participating in college level stunts. Parents are welcome to stay for the clinic or leave and come back.

Front & back copy of insurance card (not required for virtual clinic)
Registration fee - cash or check made payable to UCA Cheer Foundation
Tryout forms - if you wish to get tryout fees waived
