The Central Arkansas Athletics Department has partnered with the College of Business to create a comprehensive Fan Study research project. This fan survey originated with student study groups under the guidance and instruction of Dr. Susan Myers. Based on the questionnaires and student feedback the Fan Study was finalized using sample questions from multiple student survey projects. We believe the final survey has given us a broad approach to review all areas of the game day fan experience.
The Athletics Department has developed strategies to entice & reward fans that provide feedback. By completing the survey, you'll be qualified for select sponsor prizes – including gift certificates, electronics, UCA merchandise, season ticket packages & perks (courtside seats, sideline passes, VIP parking, etc.). Winners will be notified via email.
During our collection period we hope to gather input from a minimum of 800 fans of UCA sports. This information will allow us to better customize our game day experiences and options to meet our customers' needs & desires.
