LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Central Arkansas men's golf team finished the Everett Buick GMC Classic on Tuesday, playing the third and final round. The Bears finished in 11
th, after a final day score of 290.
Bogdan Sandrini and
Vukasin Suturovic tied on the final day, each Bear finishing with a 218. Sandrini finished with a 74, tallying 11 birdies after three rounds. Suturovic stayed consistent all week, wrapping up his GMC Classic with an even 72. He would pencil in eight birdies and an eagle.
Supanat Runglikhitcharoen played his way to a 3-over 75 on Tuesday, turning in a final score of 228. He eagled on one, and had birdies on 16 and 17, totaling seven birdies across his three rounds.
Jack Wilson had two birdies on the front nine to score a 78 on the final day, bringing his three-round score to 229. Max Bialy turned in his best round of the tournament, scoring a 3-under 69 to help himself out on the final turn. He sunk six birdies on Tuesday, bringing his three-round total to 11 birdies.
Little Rock claimed the title of its home event. South Carolina finished in second, with Troy in third place. Individually, Troy's Jake Springer finished in first place, narrowly beating out Ball State's Carter Smith in second and Little Rock's Lukas Roessler in third.
