SAN MARCOS/AUSTIN, Texas _ The University of Central Arkansas men's and women's track teams competed at both the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays and the Texas State Bobcat Invitational last weekend.
   At Texas State, UCA recorded a combined nine Top 10 performances between the men's and women's squads, including a school record in the pole vault by freshman Olivia Groeber, who went 11-11.75 inches to break a five-year old outdoor record.
   Also for the women, Rachel Durler finished fourth in the javelin with a throw of 126-9 and Logan Morton was sixth in the triple jump with a leap of 39-4.5. Hannah Noble finished fourth in the high jump (5-5). Victoria Campfield finished eighth in the 400 hurdles (1:03.70).
   For the UCA men, Takudzwa Muchichwa won the high jump with a height of 6-6.75. James Lassiter finished sixth inthe 110 hurdles (14.59) and Marcel Keeton was ninth (14.78). Preston Borg finished 10th in the 5,000 meters in a time of 15:39.98.
   At the prestigious Texas Relays, Grant Williams was seventh (9:20.71) and Alonzo Pollum was eighth (9:1.14) in the 3,000 steeplechase, with Williams' time the fourth-best in school history. Brant Cook finished 10th in the 1,500 meters in a time of 3:59.71. Eric Moore finished ninth in the high jump with a height of 6-10.75.
